Terms of Service

HF Signal monitors selected public forum sections, presents discussion signals, prepares draft social posts and media, and provides a controlled review workflow. Connected-platform publishing occurs only after an authorized user reviews the media and explicitly approves the destination and settings.

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for safeguarding access and for every post approved through the service. You may submit only original content or material you have permission to publish.

You may not use HF Signal to publish unlawful, deceptive, malicious, infringing, privacy-violating, or platform-prohibited content, or to manipulate engagement, evade enforcement, or send spam.

Social platforms and source websites are independent services with their own terms, policies, availability, rate limits, and review requirements. Your use of each connection must comply with that provider's rules.

Source-thread authors retain their rights in their content. HF Signal provides attribution and links to the original public source; approval does not transfer ownership of third-party material.

HF Signal may change, suspend, or discontinue a connection when a provider changes its API or policies, when authorization expires, or when continued operation could create security or compliance risk.

The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted delivery or provider acceptance.

The administrator must review titles, links, captions, and media before approval. To the extent permitted by law, HFTools.org is not liable for provider outages, rejected posts, source-content changes, account enforcement, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Access may be terminated for misuse or policy violations. A connected social account can be disconnected at any time from the account controls or revoked directly through the provider.
